Virtual Challenge Medal Shipping

Virtual challenge medals are normally shipped next working day once your delivery address has been provided on completion of your challenge. It is down to you to provide your delivery address on completion of your challenge. Medals are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour service. You do not need to sign for your delivery, but the courier will take a photo as proof of delivery.

Merchandise Shipping

All merchandise products (e.g. clothing) as printed on demand and are normally shipped within 48 hours of an order being placed. Merchandise orders are shipped standard delivery (Royal Mail or DHL) and can take 10-14 days for delivery as they are shipped from an overseas supplier.
